INTEGRO — The operational source of truth for the grain supply chain

From plan to grain

The operational source of truth for the grain supply chain.

Less declaration. More verifiable operation.

We prove who executed, where, when, with which machine, in which field, which lot and with what quality at the warehouse — we don’t stay at the map layer.

Industrial method — automation, MES and RTO — now in agriculture. The same discipline that proves operations in industry, applied from field to grain.

The problem — and what changes

The grain market still relies on a lot of declaration and little evidence.

Consultancies deliver recommendations that get lost in spreadsheets. Producers sell quality grain as ordinary commodity because they cannot prove origin, management and history. Warehouses need security in inventory and documentation. Banks need to reduce risk in rural credit, CPR, CDA and WA. Buyers need to trust the origin.

  1. Recommendation without proof of execution

The agronomic plan exists, but no one proves whether, when and how it was executed — and the technical work does not become recognized value at credit time.

  2. Credit sized by the regional average

In the CPR, the field plan uses the IBGE regional average yield, not the producer’s actual yield. Whoever achieves 80 bags/ha is assessed as 60 — and loses the credit they deserve.

  3. Poorly proven origin

Without proven origin, your premium grain is traded as ordinary commodity.

  4. Inventory without enough visibility

Divergence between the silo and the paperwork becomes risk that the bank prices into the spread.

  5. Credit with high operational risk

Operations sustained by declarations, not by monitoring — and the financier charges that risk in the cost of credit.

  6. Buyers demanding traceability

A lot without recent evidence is the lot the EUDR buyer refuses.

INTEGRO solves this problem by creating a layer of operational evidence over the entire chain — from plan to grain. Each harvest, the operation becomes an asset: better credit for the producer and more security for whoever finances it. Underneath, a single digital trail connects consultancy, field, warehouse and commercialization — linking soil, application, harvest, quality, inventory and documents.

Harvest

Productivity, date, harvested area and origin by field linked to production.

Warehouse

Receiving, classification, quality by lot, inventory and basis for CDA/WA and CPR.

Interface illustration — the evidence trail that connects each stage.

Each stage generates data. Each datum strengthens trust. Each piece of evidence increases the value of the chain.

Who it’s for

One source of truth. Five audiences benefit from it.

Producer, consultancy, warehouse, bank and buyer — each agent in the chain benefits on the same evidence trail.

Cheaper, faster and safer credit

A plan by field and monitored execution raise productivity and cut waste. Issuing CDA/WA costs less than pledging the grain as collateral: the producer finances the inventory without having to sell the grain and accesses better credit, with proven origin. The credit decision is the bank’s — INTEGRO makes it possible.

Monitor management execution at the right time and the right dose

See each plan executed at the right time, in the right amount and at the right quality. Evidence by field brings the consultancy closer to the producer and supports the technical recommendation.

The region’s credit hub, with new revenue

Receiving, classification, inventory and quality lot by lot, auditable. The warehouse that issues CDA/WA becomes the region’s credit hub — it attracts producers looking for an issuing warehouse — and opens up new revenue by charging for issuing the certificates.

Security and visibility of the collateral, with a traceable chain

From origin to warehouse, the collateral reflects the field’s real history and the custody — not the regional average. More visibility of the collateral, less risk.

Traceable and auditable grain, with origin evidenced in layers

Origin by field, monitored execution and custody at the warehouse — layers of evidence that support due diligence (EUDR, non-GMO, ESG), instead of declaration.

Origin, credit and auditing

The chain needs trust before the negotiation.

For the buyer, the question is origin: which field it came from, with what custody, with what recent evidence. For the financier, the question is collateral: what production, what inventory, what guarantee, what operational risk. INTEGRO brings these two questions together on a single trail. It does not decide price, credit or final compliance; it organizes the evidence so that these decisions are made with more security.

Origination & EUDR

Verifiable origin, ready for the buyer’s audit.

Commercial traceability with recent evidence and custody at the warehouse — the auditable record from plan to grain that supports EUDR due diligence.

Origin by field

Georeferenced geometry and field history answer where each grain came from — commercial traceability, not just agronomic.

Recent evidence

Monitored and current execution, which the buyer accepts to audit — the lot without recent evidence is the one the EUDR buyer refuses.

Custody at the warehouse

Grain collateral in a certified warehouse, lot by lot — auditable basis for due diligence, with the final declaration up to the exporter.

Documented compliance

EUDR, non-GMO, food-grade and ESG with evidence instead of declaration — origin organized for the buyer’s data room.

Credit & CDA/WA

Better documented collateral — for the credit your field deserves.

CDA/WA and CPR stop being just a document and become proof: the field’s real history in place of the regional average.

CDA/WA is not just a document: it is the proof that turns stored grain into credit.

In rural credit and in the CPR, the field plan is usually sized by the region’s average productivity — not by the producer’s actual one. Whoever produces above the average is assessed as if they produced less, and loses the credit they deserve. INTEGRO links plan, execution, harvest and quality at the warehouse to a monitored physical collateral, so that the field’s real history weighs in the operation.

CDA/WA with operational governance and CPR with monitored collateral give the financier an auditable trail — less risk for whoever lends, better credit for whoever produces.

For the producer, this means cheaper, faster and safer credit: issuing CDA/WA costs less than pledging the grain as collateral and allows financing the inventory without having to sell the grain. The credit decision is always the bank’s — INTEGRO makes possible the evidence that supports it.

What changes for whoever finances

  • Governance over CPR, CDA and WA with monitored physical collateral
  • Relationship between area, plan, harvest, production, inventory and guarantees
  • Less reliance on merely declaratory information
  • Complete trail: plan, management, harvest, warehouse and lot
  • Auditable basis for structured operations and data room
  • Credit that reflects the field’s real history, not the regional average

About

A company from the Cerrado to prove the real operation of agribusiness.

We are a new company, with an unusual origin: since 2005 we have built critical industrial systems — automation, RTO and MES — where every operation needs to be measured, recorded and verifiable. We brought that method to agribusiness.

Our differentiator is not promising a price premium, but turning the operation into evidence: every plan, every application, every lot at the warehouse becomes an auditable record. Where there used to be declaration, there is now method and proof. That is how the chain earns trust — from plan to grain.

Frequently asked questions

What we get asked the most.

Does INTEGRO replace my agronomic consultancy?

No — and that is a principle of ours: the system supports, the consultant decides. INTEGRO is the platform where the consultancy plans, samples, recommends and monitors the execution. Technical responsibility and the prescription remain with the qualified professional.

Do I need to replace my machines or systems to use INTEGRO?

No. INTEGRO works with integration: telemetry from existing machines, warehouse data and laboratory reports enter the same trail. Deployment is in stages, starting with the data your operation already generates.

How does INTEGRO ensure the information is true?

With operational evidence, not declaration: georeferenced sampling points, execution telemetry (who, where, when, with which machine), classification by lot at the warehouse and linked documentation — CDA/WA and CPR with monitored physical collateral.

Who owns my farm’s data?

The producer. INTEGRO operates as an evidence layer: the data is yours and is only shared with a bank, trading or buyer when you authorize it, within the scope you authorize — in compliance with the LGPD.

Does INTEGRO help with EUDR compliance?

Yes, as support for due diligence: we organize origin by georeferenced field, recent evidence of execution and custody of the grain at the warehouse — an auditable record from plan to grain that the buyer accepts to verify. INTEGRO structures the evidence; responsibility for the EUDR compliance declaration remains with the exporter.

How much does it cost?

The model depends on the operation’s profile (consultancy, farm, warehouse or institution). Talk to a specialist and receive a proposal suited to your case.
