The reality on your desk

EUDR turns origin from a claim into something you must be able to prove.

From 30 December 2026, large and medium operators placing soy and corn on the EU market must submit a Due Diligence Statement with plot-level geolocation — and product cannot come from land deforested after 31 December 2020. The risk sits with the importer.

Origin you cannot pin to a plot

A signed self-attestation no longer closes the file. Without polygon-level geolocation and a production date, the lot fails the first test of due diligence.

Evidence that is stale or thin

The lot without recent execution evidence is the lot the EUDR buyer refuses. Point-in-time paperwork does not show what happened on the ground, this season.

Custody you cannot follow to the port

The deforestation cut-off (31 Dec 2020) and the application date (30 Dec 2026) are set by Regulation (EU) 2023/1115; confirm the version in force before any real operation.

Does INTEGRO certify or attest EUDR compliance?

No. INTEGRO is a process-capability layer: it organises plot-level geolocation, recent execution evidence and warehouse custody into an auditable trail that supports your due diligence. Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, the operator that first places the product on the EU market submits the Due Diligence Statement in TRACES. INTEGRO structures the evidence; the exporter or operator makes the declaration.

What is in the data room sample?

Plot-level geolocation (polygon coordinates) and production date; a deforestation-risk evidence trail cross-referencing CAR x PRODES x MapBiomas against the 31 December 2020 cut-off; recent execution evidence (who applied what, where and when); and lot-by-lot warehouse custody with classification — moisture, impurities and grain characteristics.

Are CAR, PRODES and MapBiomas a self-attestation?

No — they form an evidence trail, not a self-declaration. INTEGRO assembles public and farm-level layers so your own due diligence and your verification bodies can audit origin against the deforestation cut-off. The conclusion remains yours; INTEGRO is the qualifier of the evidence, not the certifier.

Can you supply non-GMO segregated soy?

Do I need to rely on a single certification body?
